Privacy Policy

  1. The SkgMail is an Android application developed in-house. The SkgMail obtains the rights to view, modify, and request to view, edit, create and delete specific Google mailbox files used by users in this application by declaring scopes, and to request to view the user's personal information, including any publicly available personal information.
  2. The SkgMail applies to view the user's personal information, including any publicly available personal information, by declaring Scopes. The purpose of this is to obtain the Google username and avatar and display them on the application. The obtained Google username and avatar are only applicable to this login. The SkgMail will retrieve the Google username and avatar. For Google user data, the SkgMail only displays the username and avatar. And no other user data will be shared.
  3. The SkgMail requires the user to log in to the Google account, apply to view the user's personal information, including any publicly available personal information permissions, to obtain the Google username and avatar and display it, so as to provide an authorization token to Google Mailbox through OAuth2.0 authorization and authentication.
  4. Through callbacks and redirects, the file data of Google Mailbox is obtained back to the SkgMail for display.
  5. The SkgMail independently developed the functions of editing, sending and receiving mail. When the user modifies the mail in the SkgMail, the SkgMail will synchronize the mail to the Google mailbox.
  6. The SkgMail will not transmit or disclose your information to a third party, nor will it be used for any purpose other than the stated purpose.
  7. The SkgMail uses encryption technology to protect your information to protect the confidentiality of the data from disclosure.
  8. The SkgMail will retain your login status for a period of time consistent with our business purposes. We will retain your personal information unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. You can request to delete your data, and when the retention period for a specific type of data expires, we will delete or destroy it.
